We attach God to funerals. We attach God to boring ceremonies. But not parties. We have to discover the God of the party, the dance floor. Ecclesiastes 3:1,4 There is a time for everything under the Sun. A time to cry and a time to laugh. A time to grieve and a time to dance.
Feasts were thrown in the Old Testament to celebrate the goodness of God. They all were designed to point to the sacrifice of the lamb of God. This term was used before the word party. God ordained parties into Israel’s History. What if our failure to celebrate our testimonies limit us from receiving more reasons to celebrate?
